User signature

What is the user signature?

The user signature is a block that is added to signatures and may contain variables that provide information about your user.
If you are new to signatures, we recommend you read Understanding signatures for a better understanding of this feature.

User signature in public replies

The user signature is added to public replies in case the workspace or mailbox signatures have a placeholder for the user signature.

Edit your signature

Your user’s signature can be edited from My Preferences:
  1. To edit your user’s signature, click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the window and select My Preferences.
  2. Edit the signature to the design you want.
  3. Choose variables that you want to add to the signature. The variables values will be added automatically to the signature when adding a public reply.
  4. Click Save to finish editing the signature.

Edit other users’ signature

Workspace administrators can edit other users signatures from each user’s settings:
  1. To access users settings, you need to be a workspace administrator.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the top-right corner and select Users from the popup menu.
  3. Click the user you want to update.
  4. In the user’s settings, scroll down to the Signature part and click Edit signature.
  5. Edit the signature to the design you want.
  6. Choose variables that you want to add to the signature. The variables values will be added automatically to the signature when adding a public reply.
  7. Click Save to finish editing the signature.
