What are assets?
Assets lets you easily track and manage customer equipment, software licenses, software subscriptions, and related infrastructure components.
Assets can be used to track servers, desktops, laptops, printers, routers, antivirus and other software licenses.
Each asset may be associated with a specific customer account.
For every asset you can manage details such as its name, serial number, warranty expiration date, and model.
A conversation can be associated with an asset, and you can easily see all service history, i.e., past tickets, of a selected asset.
You can import assets into your workspace.
