Replypad provides three main views:- My Inbox is where you see new conversations and new posts to conversations that are relevant to you, whether because you are assigned to them or because you are following them.
- Unassigned shows only conversations that weren’t assigned yet and are waiting to be handled.
- Team Inbox is where you see all conversations that are relevant to the whole team. These conversations may be assigned or unassigned.
