Ticket views
Replypad provides three main views:
My Inbox is where you see new tickets and new posts to tickets that are relevant to you, whether because you are assigned to them or because you are following them.
Unassigned shows only tickets that weren’t assigned yet and are waiting to be handled.
Team Inbox is where you see all tickets that are relevant to the whole team. These tickets may be assigned or unassigned.
In addition, you can use other views from the More menu in the top toolbar.
From here you can view:
- Drafts – Draft tickets or tickets that have a draft reply waiting to be completed and sent.
- Snoozed – Tickets you snoozed to a later time.
- Scheduled – Tickets that have a scheduled reply waiting to be sent.
- Sent – Tickets that have already been sent.
- Closed – Tickets that have been closed.
- Archived – Old tickets that have been automatically archived.
- Spam – Tickets that Replypad recognized as spam.
- Trash.
Mark As Read
Unread tickets appear as bold in all of your views. By default, Replypad marks a ticket as read as soon as you view it. Marking as read is an individual action and affects only your user, in all of the views.
To mark a ticket as read directly from the list:
- Select the ticket you want to mark using the checkbox on the list.
- Click the Mark as read button on the toolbar.
- Alternatively you can use the More menu from the top toolbar, then Mark as read.
Mark As Unread
If a ticket has already been read and therefor does not appear as bold, but you want to come back to it later, you can mark it as unread.
To mark as unread:
- You can go into the ticket details and use the More menu then Mark as Unread.
- Or, if from the list, select the ticket you want to mark using the checkbox on the list.
- Click the Mark as unread button on the toolbar.
- Alternatively you can use the More menu from the top toolbar, then Mark as unread.
