Thank you for your interest in the RangerMSP cloud edition!

We’re excited to introduce you to this edition, which is currently offered under the Replypad brand. Rest assured, it’s the same experienced team behind both the cloud and on-premise editions.

Why a different brand? To avoid market confusion, we’re temporarily using a different brand for the cloud edition. While the cloud edition is robust and rapidly growing, its functionality is not fully on par with the RangerMSP on-premise edition.

Our approach is to roll out this large-scale product iteratively, adding new features and releasing them to production environments with real customers. This strategy helps us maintain the high quality and stability that RangerMSP is known for, while reaching a solid product more quickly.

The cloud edition, in its current form, is already highly stable and actively used in production by service providers, MSPs, and businesses that find its feature set compelling. The feedback has been excellent, and while all software may have occasional bugs, the overall experience is solid and the app is reliable.

As we rapidly add more functionality, we expect the cloud edition to become an even better fit for RangerMSP users.

To start using the RangerMSP cloud edition:

1. Click here to create your user profile.

2. Create a workspace for your business—you’ll become the workspace admin.

3. Configure your mailbox—this is where customer requests are received, and new tickets (conversations) are created.

4. Define your products and services to be used for charges.

5. Optionally, import your customers, contacts, and assets.

6. Optionally, create billing contracts for customers.

7. Invite your team by adding new users.

And hey, when signing up, you might initially wonder, “Where are all the features?” Don’t worry—they’re all there! We’ve simplified the interface to avoid overwhelming you with too many options at once. Take your time to explore, and we’re here to assist you.
