The cloud edition is developed and supported by the same people behind RangerMSP on-prem, offered under a different brand – Replypad – as we bring its feature set closer to the on-prem solution.
Why a different brand?
Building a cloud platform of this scale takes time and care. Instead of releasing a massive, rough product all at once, we’ve chosen a gradual, customer-driven approach – one where real businesses use it, shape it, and help it evolve continuously.
That’s why it launched under a new brand: to give it room to grow while we add features and refine it based on real-world use.
Over time, Replypad is becoming a complete and powerful alternative to RangerMSP on-prem, with new capabilities and cloud-native advantages not available before.
Will I be charged more?
No. If your RangerMSP on-prem plan is active, you can migrate and use the cloud edition at no extra cost. Your number of cloud users will match the number of Employee licenses in your current on-prem plan.
