Security Practices

Effective Date: August 1, 2021

We take the security of your data very seriously and follow generally accepted industry standards to protect Customer Data, which means choosing the best hosting providers, Subprocessors, and other third parties, including those having ISO 27001 and PCI Level 1 certifications.

Replypad’s application and data infrastructure is mainly hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), within a virtual private cloud (VPC), a highly scalable cloud computing platform with end-to-end privacy and security features built in.

For more information regarding AWS security, please refer to https://aws.amazon.com/security/.

Here is a quick list of our security practices:
  • We use SSL to ensure encryption of communication.
  • Customer Data is encrypted at rest in the database and as part of the object storage service.
  • The application runs within a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) within a virtual private network that cannot be accessed via the public internet, except for our public-facing servers.
  • We leverage firewall protection, private IP addresses, password protection and other access and authentication controls, and other security features.
  • We train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your Customer-Data.
Once we have received Customer Data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect Customer Data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Services, and you do so at your own risk. If you believe your Customer Data has been compromised, please contact us at feedback@replypad.com.
